Mercy Medical Group provides free Advice Nurse service to all our patients. You may call the Advice Nurse toll-free 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at 877.944.1058. A caring and professional Registered Nurse is available to provide confidential guidance about your health concerns. For health conditions arising on the weekends and evenings, please call our Advice Nurse line and you will be directed to the appropriate level of care. The Registered Nurses staffing our Advice Nurse line are also available to provide current health and wellness information and answer general health questions. Urgent Care"Urgent Care" is defined as same-day treatment for a non-emergency medical condition. To seek same-day care, call your Primary Care Physician's office first. Conditions such as flus, colds and sore throats are generally treated during an office visit. If your Primary Care Physician is unable to see you that day, you may be referred to one of Mercy Medical Group's Urgent Care locations. Contact your Primary Care Physician's office before proceeding to an Urgent Care facility, in case you can be seen more quickly in their office.
