If you ever have a problem with Mercy Medical Group's service, any of our staff are available to assist you. We're all here to help when you have questions about billing, referrals or any other concern that may develop during the course of your care.
Now you have an added resource in the Patient Advocates. Stephen and Shawnna are instrumental in assisting patients to reach a satisfactory resolution through their initial contact and serve as mediators in helping everyone involved to reach a mutual understanding of the situation.
